Farming rabbits is a genuine joy for me, and processing them is something you grow into with time and intention. It’s a skill I take pride in. On processing day, I shift into a focused, efficient mindset, dispatching and processing as cleanly and humanely as I possibly can, always striving to improve with each round. That commitment matters to me.

I truly love raising rabbits and care deeply for my herd. Livestock farming is difficult to explain to people who’ve never lived it. You watch these animals grow, you manage their care daily, and then, on processing day, you have to develop a necessary disconnect. That disconnect isn’t indifference, it’s responsibility.
